The Winger Football Academy is a company, who specialise in children’s football parties and 1-2-1football tuition for children aged from 4 – 14 years old of all abilities and skills. Our parties are run by highly qualified, dedicated coaches who have a passion for football and who work for, or have previously worked for, professional football clubs such as Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, Leyton Orient FC, Queens Park Rangers FC and West Ham United FC. Coaches have combined experience of 12 years’ football coaching, ranging from grassroots to academy football. All The Winger Football Academy coaches are FA level 2 qualified and above. They are First Aid qualified; CRB checked, have extensive knowledge of child protection policies and are public liability insured. Winger coaches are well organised and energetic, have a good sense of fun and know how to keep a party fun and entertaining.
KEEPING THE CHILDREN SAFE
Keeping your children safe is The Winger Football Academy’s top priority. Our qualified coaches will take every reasonable precaution to ensure that there are no accidents or injuries at our football parties but as football is a competitive and energetic sport we cannot gu
arantee that injuries or accidents will not occur. In order for all the children to have an entertaining and safe party, we encourage you (the party organiser) to stay and watch the fun and to ultimately be responsible for the children’s care and welfare throughout the party. We recommend that if there are any children with medical conditions, breathing difficulties or previous injuries which may be aggravated by this type of party that they do not participate. Because of the nature of football, we would like to advise you that all players participate at their own risk and that The Winger Football Academy will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or damage to property which may occur at the party.PARTY SPECIFICATIONS
- Suggested party venues - gardens, halls, sports centres, astro-turf pitches.
- All children must be aged from 4 to 14 years.
- A minimum number of 10 children per party.
- A maximum number of 30 children per party.
- Choice of 3 standard party packages.
- Quoted standard party package prices are for parties of 10 to16 children.
- For parties of 16 to 20 children add £20 to the chosen party package price.
- For parties of 21 to 30 children add £40 to the chosen party package price.
- Booking of party venues is your (the party organiser’s) responsibility.
- All venue costs must be covered by you, the party organiser.
- Party venues must be agreed with The Winger Football Academy and arranged at least one week prior to the party date.
- A deposit of 50% of the cost of the party package is required as a deposit when booking.
- Balance of payment to be paid on the day of the party to The Winger Academy Coach either in cash or by cheque.
- Cancellations of less than 7 days must be paid for in full.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
